Some of our memorable Projects
Microfinance Institutional Mapping and Assessment under RAFiP
RIMCS Consult supported a nationwide Microfinance Institutional Mapping and Assessment under the RAFiP, involving identifying, profiling, geolocating, and assessing various financial institutions across Ghana. The project used surveys, stakeholder consultations, GIS mapping, and digital data collection to build a comprehensive database and geospatial map. It provided critical evidence on financial access, institutional capacity, service coverage, and gaps in rural finance. Using GPS tools and trained enumerators, RIMCS collected, validated, and mapped thousands of access points countrywide. The resulting database offered valuable insights to policymakers, regulators, development partners, and stakeholders to improve financial inclusion, rural finance, investment planning, and decision-making.
