Kwabena Owusu-Mensah is the Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of RIMCS Consult, with over 20 years of experience as a Management Information Systems (MIS) specialist, technology consultant, and digital transformation expert. He holds an MBA in MIS, a BSc in Computer Science and Statistics, and is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Ghana. He also has certifications in Cyber Security, E-Learning Development, Adult Training, and Performance Management.

Kwabena has led the design and implementation of various digital solutions, including management information systems, monitoring and evaluation platforms, and learning management systems. His expertise covers Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation.

An active researcher and thought leader in cybersecurity and financial technology, he focuses his doctoral research on frameworks for detecting and preventing Card-Not-Present (CNP) fraud in digital payment systems. He has published works on CNP fraud detection, including systematic reviews of detection frameworks and techniques.
